While it is highly unlikely that your Rotoplas product will fail, we need your purchase details just in case. If we know just what you bought, when you bought it, and where you bought it from, we can trace the product back to our manufacturing process. That way we can look up your order speedy quick, and process your claim much faster.

We cover our rainwater tanks range with a 10 year warranty, except for vertical underground tanks which have a 5 year warranty. Our trolleys are covered with a 12 month warranty.
